Our theme park is transported back to the middle-ages on July 12 and 13, 2025 with all kinds of fun features, activities, and performances for our guests.
In addition to all our normal fun activities, the park comes alive for the weekend with sword fighting featuring Her Majesty's Royal Guard, medieval encampments, a knights training camp, a musical act, a comedy sword-fighting show, a blacksmith experience, axe throwing, turkey legs, and the Dragon's Flagon arena-side pub.
There's no extra admission fee for all this fun and entertainment, as the entertainment features of this special event are included with our normal daily admission ticket, and free for all our season pass members! Additional charges for premium activities like knights training camp, axe throwing, the blacksmith experience, turkey legs, and animal feeding.
Her Majesty's Royal Guard: Witness knights in full armor in battle with titanium swords, maces, flails, morning stars and war hammers. The Guard also trains our younger visitors in basic swordplay!
The Rogue Blades: Comedy and sword-fighting all in one! Be prepared to laugh until you cry with one of the funniest medieval duos sparring with blades and razor-sharp wit!
Bodtker Ironworks: These blacksmiths create an interactive experience where guests can purchase some metal and then create their own blade to take home.
Loch Morr: This musical duo has been enteraining renaissance faire visitors for many years with delightful folk music.
We do have limited openings for merchandise vendors, performers, and add-on services, such as facepainters, henna artists, kettle corn popped on-site, and other festival-related activities. As we are a theme park with retail stores, we do provide a lot of these services already, but we're always willing to look at options. Fill out the request form below, and we'll look at adding more to next years' event!
All scheduled presentations are indoors, and many rides continue to run in light rain. If you are willing to dodge a few small raindrops, we can be a great rainy day activity. In the unlikely event of thunderstorms or downpours, We will also gladly provide rain checks to come back at a later date.
All presentations, demonstrations, and rides are included with your admission. Interactive experiences in the petting zoo like petting a bunny as well. Typical items are available for purchase, like food, souvenirs, and feed for the animals.
Yes, well-behaved dogs are permitted inside Dutch Village, but we ask that you keep them on a leash and clean up after them. They are not permitted in the food areas or near the petting farm.
